I was born in Berkeley, California in the spring. A lover of discovery, I tried nearly every mode of self-expression looking for something that stuck. Writing, music, movement, working with plants and with my hands have all surfaced and resurfaced as practices where I could make something beautiful and continuously learn.

In June of 2017, I completed yoga teacher training at Sacred Brooklyn, a studio that I hold close to my heart. For some time (and occasionally still) I guided classes in public spaces and provide 1:1s on a sliding scale. As I hone my craft as a movement facilitator, my offerings continue to evolve.

In the spring of 2019, I took on a 6 month journey to deepen my connection with plants through an herbal medicine immersion in Ithaca New York (The People’s Medicine School). My approach combines herbalism and body work, to offer a more wholistic understanding of what might be causing discomfort or a lack of easefulness. I offer custom tea blends, herbal bath sitz, tinctures, oxymels and glycerites upon request. Feel free to reach out for a list and availability for 1:1 clients.
